Who's building your project

I'm Thal — founder of GoLive, based in Northern Virginia.

By day I work the ramp at a major airline, where everything runs on hard deadlines and things that have to work the first time. I taught myself to design and ship software, built TXT, and put it on the App Store myself.

Now I build for businesses that want the same thing: something real, shipped on a date, by one person who answers the phone.

Questions, answered

What do you need from me?

Your logo and brand files if you have them, your content (or choose Go Bigger and I'll write it), and about an hour for the kickoff call. The onboarding form walks you through all of it after checkout.

How do revisions work?

Two full revision rounds are included in every package, plus edit calls during the build. After launch, changes run through Stay Live or a new quote — so scope stays honest for both of us.

What happens after my site goes live?

You own everything — domain, code, accounts. Stay Live ($250/mo) keeps hosting, updates, and priority edits handled, or you can take it fully in-house.

What if I miss my content deadline?

The timeline pauses until it arrives. Your 30 days are build days, and I protect them for both of us.

Do you build Android apps?

iOS first. Websites work everywhere, and most app clients start with iOS to prove the idea before doubling the budget.

Refunds?

Deposits are refundable until the build starts (your kickoff call). Once building begins, the deposit covers the work already done. Full terms are on the terms page.
